The challenge of keeping students focused on the goals of the classroom can be supported by adding a class-wide motivation system. Systems may be simple or complex, but in this FLEX, you will be sure to find a system that meets your needs. Participants will identify key factors of motivation, determine what is needed in a class-wide system, and learn how to start and maintain a class-wide system. (FLEX sessions are self-paced and personalized to meet the needs of each participant. Stations on a variety of topics will be available. Participants can move between stations to fit their own professional learning needs. Please bring your own device and a pair of headphones/earbuds to fully participate.)
