This session will show educators how the library program in their school can be used in an integrative approach to fostering social-emotional learning. The learner will come away from this session with a bibliography of library resources that they can use in teaching SEL skills and some strategies for using them. The learner will learn of some specific strategies to use in the library that foster SEL. Lastly, the learner will know how the library space can be used in teaching SEL skills.
