Relationships improve when communication improves, and both are necessary for school improvement. Each of us participates in hundreds of conversations every week. These conversations are an opportunity to improve not diminish our lives both personally and professionally. This session will examine the work of Jim Knight in his book, Better Conversations, by exploring the six beliefs and ten habits that coach us to be more credible, caring, and connected.
